Account Executive, LawPay Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, LawPay to join our sales team in Austin, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the professional services industry.
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
Job Description
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Develop and nurture relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
- Solutions Expertise: Become an expert in our payment and software products, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- New Business Development: Pursue new business opportunities through repeat business, referrals, and lead follow-up communications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
- Results-Driven: Exceed performance standards for sales and new account goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Relevant work experience can substitute for education.
- Languages: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach tools.
- Experience: At least 1 year of outbound sales experience, preferably in software sales.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and trust with clients, and strong negotiation and closing skills.
