Executive Account Management Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Account Management Leader to spearhead our Enterprise Account Management team. If you have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving revenue growth, this is an exceptional opportunity for you.
About the Role:
As an Executive Account Management Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of seasoned account managers who own the customer lifecycle. Your primary objective will be to ensure a seamless customer journey, hit quarterly goals, and provide weekly reporting and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the Enterprise Account Management (EAM) team to achieve outstanding results
- Work closely with the EAM team to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage a team that owns the customer lifecycle and ensures a seamless customer experience
- Provide regular reporting and forecasts to upper management
- Conduct coaching sessions with team members to foster positive change and retain top performers
- Establish and document processes to improve customer satisfaction, client retention, and revenue growth
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams to implement new policies and procedures
- Develop and execute sales business rules, practices, and policies with consistency throughout the team
- Partner with upper management to identify, organize, and deliver training regimens for new hires and ongoing training
- Manage change, course correct, and respond to business problems
- Inspire, mentor, and grow members of the EAM team
- Travel Requirement: 50%
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Account Management experience, managing large clients
- 5+ years of Sales Management experience
- Demonstrated experience in forecasting revenue
- Proven track record as a thought leader and subject matter expert
- Experience using Salesforce.com
- Proven history of leading an AM team to overachieve quota in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- A professional with a high level of integrity who can represent the company in a professional manner
- Detail-oriented, organized, and expert in time management
- Experience selling Recruitment Advertising and/or familiarity with performance-based advertising products
- Knowledge of Google Suite
