Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Wingate Management Company. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and enhancement of our community spaces, including rental units, common areas, grounds, and parking lots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, including electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC systems
- Ensure newly vacated apartments are ready for the next resident with thorough 'turnover' maintenance
- Regularly assess the property, proactively addressing maintenance concerns and collaborating with the maintenance team on solutions
- Oversee vendor work as needed and safely operate power tools and equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; CAMT certification is a plus
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with general knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to professionalism and respect for our residents
- Flexibility to handle after-hours maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation
