About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bell Partners. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and grounds keeping duties to ensure our residents and staff have a safe and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance, including painting, snow/ice removal, gutter cleaning, and replacing filters.
  • Respond to all repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff in a timely and professional manner.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or breakdowns, as well as any hazardous conditions, to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Ensure all maintenance items are kept in a safe area to prevent injuries to residents, associates, and visitors.
  • Attend in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
  • Work with vendors as instructed, including landscaping, painting, and asphalt services.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of previous maintenance experience desired, preferably in a similar facility.
  • Basic understanding and ability to repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Available to work days, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
  • Must demonstrate support of Bell Core Values and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and hazardous materials. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 80 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
