  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and adjustments to building systems and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company policies.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work and efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with property management staff to resolve maintenance-related issues and ensure resident satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and climb, with a physical stamina to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and company policies.
