Job Summary

Bouten Construction Company is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Healthcare to lead our healthcare projects and provide exceptional leadership to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead project teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes
  • Develop and implement project financial management strategies, including cost control, productivity tracking, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with company safety director and superintendent to develop and implement a project-specific safety culture and plan
  • Identify and manage project risks, ensuring compliance with owner contract requirements
  • Develop and maintain overall project schedules, working closely with the project superintendent
  • Support and advance company initiatives involving innovation and Lean project delivery
  • Assist with targeted business development and marketing strategies, and assume a key role in the SOQ and project interview process
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 7-10 years' healthcare-related experience, including managing projects $20m-$75m
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and support positive team health and morale
  • Strong decision-making and complex problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and engaging leadership style
  • Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), Procore, Timberline (Sage 300)
