Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Civil Construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules.
  • Oversee project budgets and ensure costs remain within approved limits.
  • Communicate effectively with management to provide regular project updates.
  • Implement and enforce safety regulations on all Civil Construction sites.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to assess project requirements and site conditions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Civil Construction project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Civil Construction regulations and quality, health, and safety standards.
