The Player

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional cleanliness and quality of service.
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures and protocols to maintain high standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage housekeeping budgets and inventory to optimize resources and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including inventory and supply management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of hospitality experience and/or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and housekeeping procedures.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
