Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express and Riviera Beach House. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to our company's high standards of cleanliness and quality, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
  • Utilize proper protective equipment (PPE) as required and in accordance with property-specific guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow team members and management to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery.
  • Clean guest rooms to our company's standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down walls.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, adhering to our established guidelines for room cleaning and maintenance.
  • Follow company policy for room amenities and ensure that all items are properly stored and secured.
  • Turn in all items left in guest rooms to management immediately.
  • Maintain complete security of master room keys and return them at the end of each shift.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management promptly.
  • Assist with laundry and other tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of the housekeeping department.
  • Report any missing or found articles or damage to the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic cleaning skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, management, and fellow team members.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and make good judgments.
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic are required.

Pay Range: $18.00 to $19.00/hr. depending on experience.
