At Honda Sheboygan, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and tracking all leads, ensuring timely follow-up, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center. You will also be responsible for setting up appointments for the service department and providing training and ongoing support to our call center representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track all leads
  • Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
  • Manage day-to-day business of the center
  • Set up appointments for the service department
  • Provide training and ongoing support to the call center representatives
