Job Summary

The Therapeutic Training and Support Specialist will assist the In-Home Therapist in implementing a therapeutic treatment plan and delivering training to the family and other providers as needed. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and the ability to work effectively with families and youth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in treatment planning and implementation
  • Deliver training to families and other providers
  • Identify community resources and develop natural supports for youth and families
  • Provide coaching in support of decision-making in both crisis and non-crisis situations
  • Skills training for youth and families
  • Member transportation provided by staff
  • Member outreach and engagement
  • Compliance with HIPAA and Rise policies
  • Participate in weekly supervision with the Program Director

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or a closely related field
  • 2+ years of behavioral and mental health experience with children and adolescents
  • Valid driver's license and transportation
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirement or approved exemption

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • After school and evening shifts
  • Weekends as needed

Experience

  • Behavioral health experience: 2 years (preferred)
