As a training facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in providing readiness development training to military units and personnel as they prepare for critical missions. You will design and implement both field and classroom training that fulfills the training needs of our clients. Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the military, including a blend of active duty roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in roles such as Observer, Coach, Trainer (OC/T), Drill Sergeant, Small Group Instructor, or as a member of Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Faculty.
  • 3+ years of experience in a tactical-level maneuver or support element.
  • Secret security clearance.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to obtain Association for Talent Development (ATD) Master Trainer Certification within one year of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Army Unit Training Management process.
  • Experience in producing comprehensive written reports and evaluations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Understanding of Army Warfighting Functions and their relevance to unit training and readiness.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, experience, and specific contract requirements. The expected compensation range for this position is between $51,600.00 and $105,000.00 annually. This range represents the typical salary for this role and is part of Booz Allen's overall compensation package.
