Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team at Signify Health. As a key member of our End User Services team, you will provide top-notch technical support to our internal users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our company systems and hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for end users' desktop issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Respond to and resolve tickets in the Jira queue, keeping customers informed of progress and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with the IT Service Desk Team to escalate complex issues and provide knowledge sharing through training sessions and knowledge base article creation.
  • Assist with deployments using an MDM solution and image process and provisioning of applications.
  • Manage local office inventory and maintain conference rooms to ensure they are working properly.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of successful work in IT Support, with a focus on desktop and in-person support.
  • Experience with application installations and management, as well as cloud, SaaS, or other web-based technologies.
  • Windows 10/11, MacOS, OKTA, and Active Directory account management expertise.
