Job Summary

The Client Support Manager - Home Improvement will work closely with our clients to ensure we're delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for home improvement. The successful candidate will leverage data insights to identify areas of improvement and collaborate with clients to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service to our clients
  • Partner with installers to improve the customer experience
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of GoodLeap products and attributes
  • Effectively manage a pipeline of projects to completion
  • Document client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Conduct monthly partner due diligence checks
Requirements
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Home improvement knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
