Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team at Universal Processing.

About the Role

This is a fully onsite position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for processing client applications, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process client applications for various credit card processing services
  • Listen and respond to customer concerns and needs
  • Identify customer requirements and provide solutions
  • Keep records of client interactions and resolve issues
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
  • Schedule work to ensure accurate phone coverage and monitor priority of calls
Requirements
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin-Chinese is required
  • Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
  • Able to actively listen to clients and interact with them in a friendly and patient manner
  • Able to take initiative to solve problems effectively
  • Self-motivated to learn new systems and installation of products
