About the Role

Epic Piping is seeking a skilled Document Control Specialist to join our Pipe Support team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain company documents, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Scan, image, and organize documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and retrievable.
  • Control the retrieval of documents, ensuring that sensitive information is handled with care.
  • Process Requests for Information (RFIs) from employees and clients, maintaining tracking logs and updating procedures as needed.
  • Assist project managers in developing and maintaining documents, such as meeting minutes, drawings, and specifications.
  • Provide training and support to employees on records management procedures and policies.
  • Participate in file migrations and audits, ensuring that documents are accurately tracked and verified.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field or industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software applications quickly.
  • No specific certifications or licenses required.
