Job Overview

The Denver Center for the Performing Arts is seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide top-notch support to our staff and ensure that all computer systems and equipment are running smoothly.

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. You will also maintain and troubleshoot access to the network, including cabling, wireless connectivity, software installation, and security standards. Additionally, you will assist in the development and maintenance of documentation for all internal and external-facing FAQs and processes.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team. If you have a strong background in computer systems and support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

This position operates in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least four years of experience in a similar role. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work some nights and weekends as needed.

A competitive salary of $22.00 - $22.50 hourly is offered, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, pet insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer contributions.
