About the Role

We are looking for a talented Front Desk Experience Specialist to join our team at Hotel Equities. As a Front Desk Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling guest requests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries, provide accurate and timely information, and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Greet and register guests, verifying reservation details and promoting our preferred guest program.
  • Manage guest accounts, accept payments, and maintain a house bank, making accurate reports and deposits daily.
  • Resolve guest complaints, answer phone calls, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Take reservations, perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently and effectively.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in other duties as assigned by the General Manager, including operating or assisting with shuttle or transportation services, assisting guests with luggage, and providing information about the local area, the hotel, and hotel services.
