**Job Summary:** We are seeking an Enterprise Renewal Specialist to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for managing renewal contracts and ensuring the continued growth and satisfaction of our enterprise customers.

About the Job:

  • You will negotiate all facets of renewal contracts with customers to maximize contract value while enhancing their relationship with ServiceNow.
  • You will develop and execute win-win negotiation strategies that meet both customer and company needs.
  • You will maintain an understanding of ServiceNow licensing models to provide sales and customer support in licensing discussions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in a Renewal Account Management or Customer Success capacity.

  • Excellent customer management skills; including sales, account management, and customer service.
