Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at iSoftTek Solutions Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
  • Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Quality Control and Safety: Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed specifications.
  • Client Relations and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing project updates.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
