Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with project goals and objectives.
- Safety: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with OSHA guidelines and company policies.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction work is being carried out to the required standards.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during construction, working closely with the project manager and other stakeholders to find solutions.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in underground utility construction.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of construction professionals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of construction methods, specifications, and drawings.
