Construction Superintendent Assistant

An experienced Assistant Superintendent is needed to join a renowned construction organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in a collaborative construction environment, taking ownership and providing leadership onsite throughout all project phases.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial construction experience and demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate effectively. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, along with outstanding communication and time management abilities.
Responsibilities:- Execute construction contract requirements efficiently
- Lead and support project safety, schedule, and quality standards
- Provide oversight for on-site workforce
- Coordinate daily scope and inspect installed work
- Assign team responsibilities and foster collaboration
- Manage project site logistics and activities organization
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial construction
- High School education
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
