Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team at Jerry. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR support to management and employees
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management programs
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
