We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer specializing in Commercial Finance to become a vital part of our organization. We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer in the Commercial Finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role, ideally within the Finance sector.
  • Demonstrate proven expertise in financial management or a related field.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities, capable of effective communication and management across all organizational levels.
  • Showcase exceptional problem-solving and innovative thinking skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on timely and accurate analyses.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and reliability, coupled with a strong sense of urgency and results-driven focus.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Familiarity with automated financial and accounting reporting systems is essential.
  • Understand federal and state financial regulations.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and generate financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
  • Possess working knowledge of both short and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
  • Exhibit professional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal capabilities.
  • Inspire teams to produce high-quality outputs within tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
