Position Overview

We are in search of a Full-time Financial Systems Analyst to contribute to our Professional Support Services Contract. This role is pivotal in supporting the operational integrity of our systems and ensuring the financial viability of our projects. The Financial Systems Analyst will conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses, evaluate program trade-offs, and investigate alternative funding strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Contracting Officer's Representative in tracking deliverables, reviewing Procurement Requests, and managing Task Order modifications.
  • Assist with the management of Task Orders and business initiatives, utilizing various systems such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planner and Standard Procurement System.
  • Generate, update, and consolidate Task Planning Sheets and Statements of Work across multiple Task Orders.
  • Collaborate on planning, controlling, and executing efforts with other managed Prime Contractors.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing costs, resources, and estimating for the planning of Statements of Work.
  • Engage with clients regularly to address financial service needs.
  • Evaluate organizational performance and assess the impact of programs and policies on budgeting.
  • Analyze historical and current budgets while researching economic trends that influence spending.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting may be considered.

Applicants should possess at least 7 years of experience with DoD/DON programs and in financial/cost analysis, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Required Skills

Active DoD Secret security clearance is mandatory. Candidates must be U.S. citizens.

Preferred Skills

Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
