THE WORK As a Senior Analyst, you will be pivotal in managing the financial aspects of the ASEV development program. You'll work independently, collaborating closely with the Program team to establish and maintain budget baselines, ensure accurate Estimate at Completions (EAC), and deliver key customer reports such as IPMR, CFSR, and WBS. Your role will involve detailed weekly analysis of actual costs, cost and schedule variance analysis, and the generation of customer financial reports. You'll also be responsible for reviewing funding and contract modifications, conducting staffing and manpower planning analysis, and identifying risks and opportunities to contain program cost exposures. WHO YOU ARE You are a detail-oriented financial analyst with a strong background in Earned Value Management (EVM). You have experience working with complex programs and are comfortable working independently while maintaining close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your analytical skills are sharp, allowing you to identify cost exposures and make informed recommendations. You are proficient in using financial tools like SAP and COBRA, and have a solid understanding of budget baselines, EAC, and contract management. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
