Your Role at The Ladders
The Senior Land Surveyor will oversee a team of technicians and field personnel to successfully execute extensive land surveying initiatives in line with project timelines. This position will liaise with other Surveying professionals and teams to fulfill project objectives and schedules as defined by the Project Manager.
- Collaborate with fellow surveyors and teams to implement land survey project objectives and timelines as set by the Project Manager.
- Lead technicians and field teams to accomplish large-scale land surveying tasks.
- Act as the primary client liaison for The Ladders, including signing and sealing plats and drawings.
- Guide and mentor a team of technicians on state surveying regulations and quality assurance/control processes.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support the Company's strategic initiatives.
- Proven ability to effectively carry out professional land surveying duties.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects or phases for large-scale surveying assignments.
- Strong technical proficiency, including expertise in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Valid Professional Land Surveyor License.
