Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Puente Hills Hyundai. As the first point of contact for our business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Directing Visitors: Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing, and answering phone calls.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Experience: 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred.
