Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Razor Talent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the government contracting space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow federal market portfolio
  • Identify and develop new teaming partners opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and maintain an awareness and understanding of Razor's core capabilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics
  • Conduct research to identify potential partners and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Collaborate with our team of consultants and recruiters to develop proposals and respond to RFPs
  • Grow existing partners by providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and partner interactions
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management in the IT consulting/staffing services space, federal experience a plus
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business and growing existing accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using a CRM system is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
