Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage our business relationship with clients to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and take ultimate responsibility for the comprehensive delivery of our services to clients, ensuring the integrity of said provision at all times.
  • Ensure that client engagement, contract formation, and service delivery processes are fully compliant with Group policies across all territorial, legal, and regulatory domains.
  • Increase the profitability of client accounts and ensure retention of that business over time.
  • Manage all client renewals through our various placement teams.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of our value proposition on new business.
  • Lead by example and provide a strong role model and influence on others for best Client Advocate practices.
  • Contribute to the revenue growth of the office.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least 15+ years of client management and/or insurance sales experience, preferably with an insurance brokerage industry leader, preferably in the Natural Resources Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Experienced in middle-market to large account risk management.
  • Demonstrable and current in-depth knowledge and understanding of the industries and sectors of their account businesses, including the main products and services produced and processes used.
  • A comprehensive and broad network of active contacts.
  • First-class interpersonal skills, including relationship building and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), numerical, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential.
  • The candidate must have proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, including Excel.
  • Previous managerial or leadership experience in a client-facing mandate would be highly advantageous.
  • Insurance broker's P&C license required.
  • Insurance industry designations preferred but not required (CPCU, ARM, CIC, CRM).
Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $200,000 - $260,000 USD. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus. WTW provides a competitive benefit package, including health and welfare benefits, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
