Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to join our team at Mount Sinai Health System. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the department, including preparing payroll, maintaining attendance records, and ordering supplies.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and resolving conflicts as needed.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate with additional medical assistant or medical secretary coursework. College graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 3 years of medical office experience.
