Job Overview

As an Administrative Supervisor within the FPA Access Center, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient interactions through exceptional service delivery over various communication channels. The FPA Access Center serves as a centralized hub for the Mount Sinai Health System, providing support to numerous medical offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the office, including the recruitment, training, and management of staff.
  • Effectively prioritize and organize tasks to address the administrative and billing requirements of the center.
  • Manage human resources functions, including payroll and billing oversight.
  • Collaborate with management to evaluate operational processes and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular assessments of office performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement in collaboration with other departments.
  • Assist in generating reports and special projects as directed by management.
  • Ensure proficiency in relevant software applications to facilitate staff training and coverage.
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree or equivalent in business or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative setting.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
