We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor III - Operations Manager to join our team at the Mount Sinai Health System. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office or practice, ensuring seamless delivery of administrative and billing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office or practice, including supervision, hiring, training, discipline, and discharge of subordinate personnel.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including prioritizing, organizing, and initiating work as necessary to meet administrative and billing needs.
  • Human Resources: Review and manage human resources, payroll, and billing charges as required.
  • Policies and Procedures: Assist in the creation or revision of policies and procedures, working closely with the management team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Performance Improvement: Periodically review office performance and identify areas for improvement, working collaboratively with other departments as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the creation of reports and projects, as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate Degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in an administrative environment, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
