About the Role

The Office Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office or practice. This role requires a strong leader who can train, supervise, and evaluate administrative and other subordinate staff as applicable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office or practice, including supervision, hiring, training, discipline, and discharge of all subordinate personnel.
  • Administrative Support: Prioritize, organize, and initiate work as necessary to meet the administrative and/or billing needs of the office or practice.
  • Human Resources: Review human resources, payroll, and billing charges as appropriate.
  • Policy Development: Work with the Administrator or Manager to review office/practice operations and assist in the creation or revision of policies and procedures.
  • Performance Improvement: Periodically review office performance and identify areas for improvement, working in conjunction with other departments as needed.
  • Reporting and Projects: Assist Management in the creation of reports and projects as assigned.
  • Training and Development: Maintain currency in all applicable computer programs and provide training and coverage for subordinate staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate Degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years in an administrative environment, with 1 year's supervisory experience.
