Job Description

Create and design test planning or sprint planning documents to ensure seamless project execution.

Develop and implement maintenance plans for automated test scripts to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.

Select and prioritize areas for automation to maximize test coverage and minimize manual testing.

Design and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate test results and strategies.

Develop and implement test automation strategies to streamline testing processes and improve quality.

Oversee and monitor defect management processes to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.

Conduct regression testing to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Review and approve outcomes of maintenance plan tasks to ensure accuracy and quality.

Build and configure test environments for DEV, UAT, QAT, and PRE-PROD to ensure seamless testing.

Integrate automated tools with application life cycle management to streamline testing processes.

Develop and implement testing data management plans to ensure accurate and efficient testing.

Publish test results to inform release planning and decision-making.

Provide expert guidance and support to junior staff on automated test scripts.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Selenium, Provar, or other automation testing tools.
  • 5+ years of experience with manual testing.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Java.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
