We are currently seeking HVAC Service Trainees to join our team at Constellation Energy.

Our structured apprenticeship program offers a blend of classroom instruction, hands-on experience, and field training, aimed at helping you secure your HVAC and Gas Fitters journeyman's license.

This program is designed to support your professional aspirations, regardless of your prior experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform entry-level tasks in residential HVAC replacement and applications.
  • Assist in advanced applications of home comfort products.
  • Complete necessary clerical duties related to job work orders.
  • Work independently or under supervision, following established procedures.
  • Support lead technicians with various assigned tasks.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Basic understanding of PVC, ductwork, copper, and gas piping installations.
  • Experience or training in residential HVAC installations is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in HVAC or completion of a relevant trade program.
  • Possession or application for CFC certification Type I and II, Maryland State HVAC Apprentice License, and Gas Fitters Card.

Competencies:

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong customer service abilities.
