Provide support to the regional PE team by disseminating best practices and refining operational processes.

  • Facilitate direct collaboration with the global PE team, regional units, and local manufacturing teams
  • Enhance the regional PE team's effectiveness through the sharing of best practices
  • Oversee cross-functional project teams and nurture team member development
  • Manage intricate projects from inception to completion, including stakeholder communications
  • Formulate processes, create tools, implement tool deployment, and establish testing methodologies
  • Supervise regional capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, including budget formulation and execution

Accountable for training, mentoring, and guiding colleagues in various engineering methodologies. Manage total predictive maintenance (TPM) and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) initiatives to boost production efficiency. Collaborate with leadership and staff to enact engineering modifications and process enhancements.

  • Construct business cases and budget proposals for new equipment and materials
  • Facilitate training sessions, data gathering, root cause analysis, and validation of effectiveness
  • Diagnose process challenges and work to minimize maintenance expenditures
  • Collaborate on strategies to elevate production levels through ongoing improvement efforts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Over 10 years of experience post-Bachelor's degree in composite manufacturing or a technical domain
  • More than 10 years of experience as a Project Manager within manufacturing environments
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite and systems such as Bill of Material, Revision Control, and Routings
