Job Title: Regional Facades Sales Manager

Wells is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Facades Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the facades building solutions market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design and construction, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of the facades building solutions market, including products, services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
