Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospice locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our interdisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospice locations, including staff supervision, patient care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial resources effectively, ensuring compliance with budgetary requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, families, physicians, and community partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum one year management/supervisory experience required; two or more years' experience in hospice/home care required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment, if applicable; CPR Certification.
