Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise assigned staff to ensure high-quality client care and efficient clinic operations.
  • Assess and evaluate client care, clinic flow, and staff efficiency to maximize revenue and provide quality client care.
  • Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care plans.
  • Direct and supervise program plans for client/population-based nursing services of a county health department.
  • Monitor and evaluate nursing and other clinical programs for the county.
  • Participate in the development and administration of budgets.
  • Create and maintain a high-performance environment characterized by positive leadership and a strong team orientation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
  • Two years of PHN experience and current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license.
  • CPR certification.
  • Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in nursing, public health, or related field from an accredited college or university.
