Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Experience: 1-3 years of experience with Autodesk applications (such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Fusion, PLM, etc.). During your onboarding at Tata Technologies, you will have the chance to achieve Autodesk Certification.

Familiarity with other engineering and design software is advantageous.

Prior experience in assisting users with software or providing support for software applications within an organization is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and sustain professional relationships with clients as a trusted technical advisor.
Exhibit thought leadership and product knowledge to assist clients in achieving their objectives outlined in customer success plans.
Innovate and deliver packaged service offerings to enhance customer success and facilitate new product adoption.
Manage all incoming technical support inquiries related to Autodesk from clients.
Address support requests through various channels while adhering to established processes.
Document support interactions in a centralized case management system.
Investigate, confirm, and document product issues.
Stay updated on advancements in Installation and Licensing technology.
Route complex support requests to the appropriate product specialist (both internal and external).
Oversee the technical support request queue, ensuring timely resolution of tickets.
Utilize customer feedback to assist in creating sales tools, materials, or content that effectively communicate the benefits of Autodesk solutions.
Identify and relay potential leads for clients discovered during support interactions.
Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure they are effectively utilizing and adopting their software.

Required Skills:
Fundamental troubleshooting abilities in Microsoft Windows.
Capacity to swiftly identify and resolve issues while providing effective solutions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Highly driven self-starter, willing to travel primarily within Michigan and Ohio, with potential for other locations in the US.
Ability to lead and present oneself as an expert in group settings.
