Tetra Tech's High-Performance Building division is seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Consultant. The ideal candidate will take charge of civil engineering design responsibilities. Projects typically encompass a diverse range of federal, industrial, and commercial initiatives focusing on site layout and design, stormwater management, green infrastructure, and water/wastewater collection and conveyance systems.
Key Locations: Various locations available.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with project teams to develop land development plans for commercial, industrial, and federal clients.
- Modeling water systems, designing pump stations, and sizing force mains and water towers.
- Conducting water resources engineering and modeling for surface water management systems and stormwater collection/conveyance systems.
- Planning and designing water/wastewater/stormwater treatment facilities, distribution/conveyance systems, pumping, and storage projects.
- Creating green infrastructure and low-impact development stormwater designs along with hydraulic analyses.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer license.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in stormwater, water system, and pump station hydraulic modeling.
- Knowledge in commercial or industrial site development.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
- Open to U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
