About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our customer support and success team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting our platform for Dynatrace clients, working in multiple technical environments, on multiple languages, throughout the digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with our platform
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve our platform
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related technical work experience supporting/developing Python-based applications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant technical-related experience or training
  • 1+ years of experience working with SaaS applications and infrastructure

Preferred Requirements

  • 3+ years of related technical work experience supporting/developing Python-based applications
  • Experience with software support and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Python frameworks (i.e. Django, Flask, etc.)
  • Experience writing and debugging complex Python applications
  • Exposure to Java (JMX and PMI),.NET Development, or other programming languages
  • Experience with database technologies (MS SQL, Oracle, IBM DB2)
  • Exposure to Prometheus scraping
  • Exposure to SNMP
  • Experience with network troubleshooting
  • Relevant industry certification with a focus on Python
