About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team at IT Link Now, LLC.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of technical sales and account management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account growth strategies to consistently exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Strategically manage project lifecycles, proactively monitoring critical milestones and ensuring seamless, high-quality customer onboarding experiences
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Conduct deep account penetration by mapping organizational structures and engaging multiple stakeholders within target accounts
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific client needs and pain points
  • Negotiate complex sales contracts and close high-value deals
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, product, and customer success to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, forecast potential revenue, and maintain detailed account documentation
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to understand evolving business needs and alignment opportunities

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
