**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Experience Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our veterinary partners and their clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via various channels

• Assist with onboarding new veterinary partners, ensuring they are properly set up with our systems and comfortable using our products and services

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all veterinary-related questions and concerns

• Collaborate with our warehouse team to drive timely order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise

• Identify and report any operational pain points or areas for improvement to drive process enhancements across veterinary training, customer service, and our platforms

• Develop and implement creative solutions to surprise and delight our customers

**Requirements:**

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the veterinary or pet industry

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously

• Ability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility as needed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience working with Shopify, Gorgias, and proprietary EMRs

• Familiarity with the pet industry and its challenges

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
