Job Overview

Mat Dahms - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented professional to join their team in Oakland, CA. As a State Farm team member, you will play a crucial role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and success.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a total commitment to success each day.

Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Able to learn computer functions and make presentations to potential customers
  • Bilingual - Spanish required
  • Personal Lines Licenses (must be able to obtain)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
