Job Title: Clinical Liaison - Respiratory Therapist

At SuperCare Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Liaison - Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a vital role in managing high-risk respiratory patients in their homes, providing high-touch clinical care and high-tech innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-risk respiratory patients in their homes, providing high-touch clinical care and high-tech innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on respiratory care and disease management.
  • Conduct home visits to assess patient needs and provide care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (RT).
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RCP).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in respiratory care, preferably in a home care or post-acute care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
