Key Responsibilities:
- Performs advanced accounting, reporting, and oversight functions for specific product categories, ensuring precision and adherence to organizational policies.
- Assists governance committees, engages in cross-departmental initiatives, and contributes to the enhancement of policies and procedures.
- Utilizes expertise in internal controls and accounting standards to offer guidance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Establishes strong relationships with stakeholders and service providers to navigate challenges and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of pertinent professional experience.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the In-Kind Process.
FINRA Licensing:
No FINRA licenses are required for this role.
Work Flexibility:
This role allows for remote work eligibility up to two days per week.
