About the Role:

The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing will be responsible for implementing brand strategy and managing the development and activation of fully integrated marketing campaigns for condiment brands in North America. This individual will lead the flawless execution of marketing plans into market to reach specific target audiences and drive brand awareness, consideration, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that drive engagement and relevancy for condiment brands.
  • Work with external agencies and internal teams to bring to life on-brief strategies that ladder back to consumer insights and business objectives.
  • Deliver brand projects on time, on budget, and with excellence, ensuring compliance of brand standards and consistency of all communication elements across marketing-based activities.
  • Work with media, social, public relations, digital, and studio teams to execute marketing campaigns holistically across all consumer touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • MBA (Preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing or closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working on integrated marketing campaigns for large consumer brands.
  • Demonstrated experience creating campaigns that ladder back to brand identity and strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience of managing agency partners.
  • Sound understanding of modern marketing channels.
  • Action-oriented team member who will drive projects to on-time completion.
  • Communicates and works effectively with people at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to direct flawless execution with attention to detail.
  • Consumer Package Good Industry Experience (Preferred).
  • Strong experience leading projects and cross-functional teams, including proven ability to manage multiple projects (Preferred).
