Quinn Evans Architects is currently seeking Construction Project Architects to join our team. The responsibilities include:

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site inspections, providing detailed field observation reports regarding construction progress and adherence to the construction documents.
  • Monitor requests for information and develop and coordinate responses and additional documentation.
  • Oversee submittals and create and coordinate review comments and necessary documentation.
  • Organize and maintain records of construction administration correspondence.
  • Participate in regular project meetings with contractors, construction managers, and stakeholders.
  • Create, review, and coordinate architectural and site punch lists.
  • Facilitate the project closeout process.
  • Maintain equitable and constructive working relationships with clients, construction managers, contractors, and consultants.
Requirements

A professional architect's license with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural construction administration and a passion for complex projects. Strong communication skills, collaborative problem-solving abilities, three-dimensional thinking, and self-motivation are essential. A solid understanding of building and site technologies; proficiency in Revit, Newforma, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is required. Familiarity with Deltek is an advantage.
